Our Story

At Cmarty’s Jerk we take our family Jerk recipe and share it with the world. Our mission is to take traditional Caribbean recipes and remix them to match our young creative culinary energy. All of our dishes feature our staple Cmarty’s Jerk seasonings, which are the backbone of our brand. By adopting a more contemporary outlook to Jamaican cuisine, we reinvent classics while maintaining our authenticity.

Each of our items are prepared over an open charcoal flame to pay homage to our roots. Over an open fire is where stories are shared, memories created and meals prepared. Our goal is to spread our culture by sewing positive energy through taste into each of our customers.
